Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches ~ Crock-pot recipe (EASY)

Looking for an easy meal during your busy week? 
Company coming over or you have many to feed? 
This recipe is easily doubled or tripled. 
It is a family favorite.


6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 18oz. bottle of barbecue sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays, Honey Barbecue Sauce)
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce


Place thighs in crock-pot.
In a small bowl, stir barbecue sauce, honey, yellow mustard & Worchestershire sauce together.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cook 2-3 hours on high. 
Shred chicken and cook for 30 more minutes.
Place on hamburger bun. 
 *For a healthier sandwich use a whole wheat bun. (I like Sara-Lee)

Serve with the Potato Salad from the Publix Rotisserie Meal.
