Publix Rotisserie Meal # 2


 Chicken & Wild Rice Soup with Honey Wheat Rolls    (EASY)
Publix rotisserie chicken 
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 cup chopped onion (if your kids don't like onions, only add 1/2 cup)
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrots
2 - 32 oz boxes of Chicken Broth 
2 - 10 1/2 oz cans of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup 
2 - 4.5 oz. Mahatmas Long Grain & Wild Rice with seasonings.

Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
Saute' onions, celery & carrots until soft and tender.

Pour in chicken broth & cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
Add 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil.
Add both bags of Mahatma rice.
Stir & reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes.
Pull Rotisserie Chicken & cut into thick pieces.
Add chicken to soup.
Stir & simmer 10 more minutes.

Serve with Honey Wheat Rolls.
