PUBLIX ROTISSERIE MEAL #1

 Chicken Noodle Soup with Honey Wheat Rolls    (EASY)



Publix Rotisserie Meal - 
Mojo is my Rotisserie favorite. 
Choose two sides (I chose Potato Salad for another meal, Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches)
Rolls
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 cup chopped onion (if your kids don't like onions, only add 1/2 cup)
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrots
2 - 32 oz boxes of Chicken Broth 
2 - 10 1/2 oz cans of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup 
8 oz Wide Egg Noodles 
salt & pepper


Publix Rotisserie Meal includes
Rotisserie Chicken
 two sides of your choice
& King's Hawaiian rolls



Heat olive oil on medium high heat.
Saute' onions, celery & carrots until soft and tender.


Pour in Chicken Broth & cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
Add 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil.
Add 8oz Wide Egg Noodles.
Reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes.
Pull Rotisserie Chicken & cut into thick pieces.
Add chicken to soup.
Salt & pepper to taste. (1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper)
Stir & simmer 10 more minutes.

Serve with Honey Wheat Rolls.

*FREEZER MEAL
*MAKE AHEAD MEAL
